these are 6" sch 80 pipe bollards.6ft tall and 3/8thick wall thickness,they use them to block cars from crashing into a store front door
and robbing the place our just people that forget how to push the brake pedal when parking by glass doors.

I weld the cap on then weld a ring on to make them sit a certain height.
