here we have a Grim Reaper about 3 ft tall
1/4 steel pl.All hand drawn by me then cut out free hand
with a plasma cutter. this the second one i've made this week.




I use a Powermax 1250 G3 plasma cutter made by hypertherm

Nice! Is this CNC? I see stray marker lines that would lead me to think it's manual....??? If so, I'm even more impressed.

i draw it all free hand right on the steel with chalk then go over it with marker.Then grab my helmet and cut away all free hand.
